Job Summary:
The Account Services Representative facilitates the efficient operations of the of the Institutional Trust Operations department and serves as the day-to-day contact for Third Party Administrators / Record-Keepers
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Monitor MATC web site and respond to issues
Respond to and resolve client inquiries
Establish and review client accounts and the necessary documentation
Work with fund companies to get accounts established quickly
Monitor and process client account workflow
Load paperwork
Complete fund applications
Coordinate meetings and agendas
Conduct web-based demos
Some limited travel may be required
Actively participate in client meetings or conference calls
Document internal operating procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Represent the company and its services professionally and with polish
Address trading communication issues
Familiarize your self with the other departments and roles
Learn and understand regulatory and compliance issues related to client on-boarding
Assist with reconciling accounts to meet statement deliverables
Offer creative ways to address needs
Respond to auditor requests
Follow procedures
Perform data entry
Become well versed in the MATC Trust system (TNS)
Work as a team to get all jobs completed on schedule
Listen to what the client is saying
Address concerns timely
Assist with asset transfers cross-departments
Interact with other departments
May direct the work of other employees
May assist in training newly hired account administrators or other employees
