Job Summary:
The Administrative & Events Coordinator with PensionPro Software is responsible for all administrative functions related to the office in Harrisburg, PA, and leading the coordination of events including but not limited to, off-site, multi-day sales, networking and industry conferences, company led training sessions for users, and staff functions.
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Duties/Responsibilities:
Sort incoming mail and ensure delivery to appropriate individuals.
Maintain kitchen and supply room inventory and ensure they are stocked and re-order as necessary.
Maintain inventory of company swag and ensure all new hires receive appropriate items. Re-order items as necessary in alignment with budget.
All shipping/mailing needs out of the Harrisburg office.
Support colleagues and management with various administrative tasks as requested.
Act as “office liaison” and coordinates all functions designated through corporate initiatives.
Leads the Harrisburg office team in the coordination and execution of Community Engagement initiatives.
Coordinate office lunches by ordering, setting up, and cleaning up as needed.
Collaborate with corporate marketing team to coordinate logistics of company events related to client meetings, and off-site conferences that PensionPro staff has a presence.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including (but not limited to) attendee registration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology needs.
Support day-of event management and planning of events.
Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative assistant experience
Demonstrated event planning experience in corporate environment.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and opportunity to qualify for a quarterly performance-based bonus program.
