Job Summary:
The Client Service Analyst plays a critical role in delivering a best-in-class client experience by providing administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors and the Client Service Team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will become part of a team dedicated to delivering a “white glove” service experience while supporting clients through all aspects of their financial relationship.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Client Service & Administrative Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and requests.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and high-touch client experience.
- Assist clients with account services and capabilities, including:
- Understanding account statements and confirmations
- Online account access and service features
- Paperless enrollment and account maintenance options
- Process client service requests and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain client records and contact management systems with up-to-date information.
- Prepare and process paperwork related to:
- New account openings
- Account maintenance requests
- Insurance and annuity transactions
- 529 Plans
- Third-party administrative documents
- Support client onboarding and client meeting debriefing action items.
- Process banking and other client-related transactions according to firm procedures.
- Review daily reports, alerts, and operational items and take appropriate action.
Operations & Compliance
- Follow firm policies, procedures, and technology systems.
- Maintain a high level of regulatory awareness and risk management.
- Assist with operational workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Enter client orders and complete associated paperwork when appropriately licensed and authorized.
Professional Development
- Continuously develop industry knowledge, technical skills, and professional credentials.
- Successfully complete required licensing examinations and training programs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 1-2 years of financial services, banking, wealth management, or client service experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or willingness to obtain licensing while employed.
- Previous experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams.
- Familiarity with brokerage, investment, insurance, or financial planning operations.
