Job Summary:
Client Service Analyst is responsible for enhancing the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational support. As a Client Service Analyst, you will interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. This individual will also perform administrative duties to support an innovative and collaborative team of 2 Financial Advisors in their daily business practices (e.g., client meetings, on-boarding new clients, marketing, etc.) and be the driver of firm initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Educate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g., how to read statements/confirms, how to use Online
Services, paperless options, etc.)
Collect appropriate documentation to set up new accounts and services
Leverage various communication channels to keep in touch with clients
Process account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation
Wealth Strategy
Gather financial profile data to support wealth strategy discussions
Use eMoney and other software to produce solution options
Investment Solutions
Review daily branch reports and alerts and process account maintenance accordingly
Ensure management is engaged through playback records and billing occurs correctly
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for periodic client reviews and prospect pitches
Practice Management
Maintain contact management systems with up-to-date key client information
Provide team with up-to-date calendar including daily, weekly, and monthly activities
Understand risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
Talent Management
Proactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills and credentials
Communicate development needs
Assist with on-boarding new members to the firm
Required Skills/Abilities:

Highly organized with great attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Possesses exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong time-management
Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000
