Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a candidate to train our clients on the on-line client experience and train our advisors on the advisor desktop. Client and Advisor Experience Trainer. The candidate would be responsible for assisting clients with their on-line experience with NEW. This will include helping clients learn how to access their accounts on the NEW client portal as well as the client portals for our vendor partners, Orion, eMoney and Fidelity. In addition, this individual will help train new employees on the advisor desktop. The advisor desktop includes many applications. The primary focus will be on Okta, Outlook, Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape, eMoney, and SharePoint.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide training and demonstrations to internal employees and end-clients
Executing an engagement plan as new teams and employees onboard; provide training, resources, setup meetings as needed
Ensure new hires have adequate technical assistance to setup and navigate technology platforms
Maintain NEW’s Learning Hub as well as develop training material: FAQs; Self-Service videos and documentation; onboarding; etc
Regularly meets with new hires individually, training in a one-on-one or small group setting
Travel for on-site training of new teams onboarding
Participate in Business Development process, supporting as needed
Work with clients to assist in linking outside accounts to client portals
Become proficient/expert on all desktop tools as well as client portals
Work with internal development teams, vendors, and customers in support of NewEdge Wealth’s systems/applications
Work with internal development teams and operations to create and implement process improvements
Providing feedback to development team regarding systems/applications supporting NewEdge Wealth

 

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of technical or client relationship management experience
Experience in training technical applications
Familiar with one or all of the main applications – Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape, OKTA, and/or other Wealth Management/Financial services applications
Proficient in office automation products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ADOBE, Docusign, Sharepoint, etc.
Ability to learn and understand new technology
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
Patience
