EdgeCo Holdings, is the holding company for several companies, including Mid Atlantic Trust Company, American Trust, NewEdge Capital Group, and PensionPro Software. All of these entities serve the financial services industry with a goal of providing technology enabled solutions for full-service retirement plan administration, brokerage, advisory and trust and custody solutions.
The Creative Director with EdgeCo Holdings sets the direction and standards for branding and design for the brands and companies across EdgeCo Holdings, including NewEdge Capital Group, American Trust, Mid Atlantic Trust and PensionPro. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Creative Director is a high-profile position with the responsibility of being the champion for the individual company brands and developing breakthrough creative ideas and integrated campaigns that support the sales and marketing programs vital to a rapidly expanding company.
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly creative and strategic-minded individual that is both a leader and a doer — someone that can consistently inspire the internal design teams to deliver exceptional and thought-provoking work, while also producing their own designs that act as an example for the rest of the team to follow. We are looking for someone that pushes the boundaries of creativity but does so within a brand vision and standards that they play a crucial role in shaping.
Responsibilities:
Provide creative thought leadership and drive visual design across all platforms and several brands.
Responsible for the creative success of multiple medium-sized to large projects, leading a team of designers in ideation and concept explorations.
Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams across marketing communications, event marketing and social marketing to create brand design solutions and shape the strategy and experience of client-facing materials and internal tools.
Meet with stakeholders and upper management to get input and communicate creative strategies and solutions.
Serve as the creative lead for cross-functional design needs across the company.
Focus on the career development of creative staff members, including regular reviews to ensure excellence and consistency while guiding the team to deliver projects that are exceptional creatively and impeccable technically.
Maintain a critical eye and obsessive attention to detail.
