Job Summary:

As the CRM Marketing Manager with EdgeCo Holdings you will be responsible for assisting, executing, and measuring email marketing campaigns and programs that support sales objectives and drive the pipeline for strategic accounts. This role will support the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns including email marketing, landing pages, nurture campaigns, online media and promotions, and other programs. This role will work closely with the marketing team to support all aspects of marketing automation and lead generation efforts through our CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot). We are in the early stages of launching Pardot so you will have the unique opportunity to define and build our CRM program from the ground up.


Location:  This position is a hybrid role for candidates in Pittsburgh, PA. Full-time remote candidates will also be considered.



Be the administrator for the Pardot email marketing automation platform
Manage communication efforts in Pardot to current and prospective clients
Plan, create, and execute nurture campaigns, emails, landing pages for marketing campaigns while working closely with marketing and sales to jointly develop the overall positioning, messaging, storytelling, and strategic plans. Build and implement new journeys and launch promotional, lead nurturing, and transactional email campaigns on Salesforce Pardot
Understand and implement email marketing best practices and measurements
Create HTML for new assets in Pardot
Build new automations and workflows within Pardot
Launch QA testing before running a campaign or a journey
Increase key email metrics such as open and click-through rates by implementing testing methodologies and adjusting accordingly
Modify lead nurture journeys based on the audience’s behavior and response to launched campaigns
Assist with Salesforce report creation and updates
Regularly analyze and interpret email performance stats and make recommendations for adjusting strategies and reporting based on analysis. Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and recommend data-based adjustments.


Required Skills/Abilities:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
5-7 years marketing experience
2-3 years experience with Salesforce/Pardot
Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, be analytical and show strong attention to detail
Strong project management and organizational skills including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, and campaign reporting
Experience growing a database and generating MQLs
Experience assisting end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns
Experience with marketing campaign analytics
Experience with Marketing Automation (sequences, workflows, reporting)
Knowledge of HTML preferred, but not required

Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and opportunity to qualify for a quarterly performance-based bonus program.
