Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for data analysis, transaction processing, research requests and reconciliation activities for retirement plan accounts.
Specialists must be detail oriented with excellent time management skills and will review, recommend and/or implement process improvements to assure compliance with audit controls or changes that have a positive customer impact or help to reduce company risk.
Specialists with create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent processing and training of newer team members. Specialists will also review the work of other team members and provide detailed feedback to assure a high level of accuracy.
