Job Summary:

Edgeco is expanding its team to include a full time Fund Services Administrator in the Mutual Fund Services and Home Office Services group. Based out of Pittsburgh, this person will work on behalf of Mid Atlantic Trust Company which operates under the umbrella of the Mid Atlantic Capital Group. This position will serve as a liaison between the Client Service group, Third party Vendors, and the Fund Companies. The individual will primarily be responsible for corresponding with Fund Companies on behalf of clients and supporting senior members of the team on numerous fund fee inquiries.

Responsible for tracking and processing corporate actions on internal databases.
Preparation and disbursement of monthly Fund Company reports.
Preparation and disbursement of client Mutual Fund Rebate reports.
Assist with the collection of client participant counts for quarterly sub transfer agency fees invoicing.
Read and interpret agreements and prospectuses to help manage the Mid Atlantic platform of fund data points.
Preparation and maintenance of Servicing and Selling agreements to enable Mutual Fund Issuers to sell their funds on the Mid Atlantic Platform.
Add new funds to the platform in a timely manner.
Reconcile incoming commissions and revenue share against contract terms and the Mid Atlantic database of accounts.
