Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the EdgeCo Holdings creative team! Reporting to the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer represents EdgeCo’s brand by creating designs with digital ads, package, print materials, presentations, branding, and more in a timely and effective manner.

The Graphic Designer will design and manage a wide variety of projects across digital and print mediums. They will be responsible for upholding and maintaining brand standards, as well as supporting internal clients with their design and branding needs. The graphic designer will help determine vendors based on project needs and manage project fulfillment. To be successful in this position, you must have a strong creative eye, the desire to create visual communications that convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner and show amazing attention to detail.

Location: Lexington, KY in office 4 days/week, work from home 1 day/week



Design and maintain print marketing materials (including sales sheets, brochures, whitepapers, fillable forms, instruction guides, marketing campaigns, etc.).
Digital design for videos, emails and tutorials.
Develop superior visual and messaging content from concepting to execution and delivery.
Digital Asset management using our internal brand management platform. This includes uploading and organizing completed marketing pieces into our online portal, helping employees access these materials and file management. This also includes internal brand consultation and providing support to employees for questions related to our brands.
Participate in developing and executing the visual identity of EdgeCo Holdings and its companies (AmericanTCS and NewEdge Capital Group).
Support agencies and agency clients with direct marketing creative on occasion.
Ensure project results are high quality and all timelines and deliverables for the project are met.
Provide knowledge-based training for marketing team members and designers to help them stay up-to-date on the latest tools and trends in design.
Help facilitate and manage the transfer of files to our shared database.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize them effectively.
Work with a wide variety of media and software applications.
Administrative support including vendor management.
Act as part of the EdgeCo Marketing team in working towards departmental goals and objectives.
Occasional travel within the United States as needed.
Perform other duties as requested.


Required Skills/Abilities:

Understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and current design and advertising trends.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of identity and branding.
Working knowledge of video, digital and social media design.
Strategic thinking and creative skills.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments.
Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individuals.


Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Familiarity with WordPress.
Knowledge of video creation software including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience conceptualizing and designing logos for organizations and brands.
Understanding of Marcom Central file management software and SharePoint.
Working knowledge of Event/Tradeshow design.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from accredited college or university in a relevant design topic and demonstrated work experience executing creative designs. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be considered.
Knowledge of or work for financial institutions, agencies, and/or production environments a plus.
