What You’ll Do

Support the VP of Marketing and MarCom Managers with the planning and execution of internal and external marketing campaigns, sales support and strategic initiatives across select EdgeCo entities.
Assist with the coordination and preparation of events, including national conferences, tradeshows, client events and webinars. Attend events as needed.
Manage the corporate promotional storefront, sourcing of promotional products, apparel and client gifts.
Coordinate vendors including, photographers, production companies, event venues and more.
Prepare and assist with the production of marketing collateral, name badges, post cards, signage and other print materials.
Assist in drafting, proof reading and formatting external and internal email communications, presentations, newsletters and social posts.
Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Location: Hybrid Lexington KY or Pittsburgh, PA preferred.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Possesses exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong time-management
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Willingness to travel on a limited basis to industry conferences and corporate events

 

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

Experience in the financial services field
Familiarity with content management and publishing tools
Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically MailChimp
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
