Job Summary:
FiduciaryxChange, by AmericanTCS, provides complete Fiduciary governance to inspire participants to save for a dignified retirement.
The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for setting up new clients in the FxC sytems, establishing client folders, and collecting plan documents, service agreements, completing the FxC onboarding checklist.
Location: The position can report to any of our primary AmericanTCS office locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Lexington, KY; Dubuque, IA; Cordova, TN; or Centennial, CO. Remote candidates may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for New Client Onboarding Coordination and set up in ATCS Admin System
Set up plan in Plan Tools
Prepare client operations manual
Prepare and distribute participant contact guide
Send necessary initial notices for new clients to Plan Notice for distribution
Assist in monitoring support emails
Onboard new John Hancock Signature Fiduciary Connect plans
Onboard new KFG Financial Freedom Fund PEP clients
Onboard new TPA only plans
Completes participant transaction requests
Complete RMD’s annually

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
2+ years of Qualified Plan Experience
Preferred certification(s) QKA, CPFA, CkP, AIF
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
Salary: Up to $19.23 hourly, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program.
