Job Summary:
At AmericanTCS, a division of EdgeCo Holdings, we count on each member of the sales team to contribute their utmost to the outcomes of our efforts to sell and service. The talented Program Director plays a critical role in these efforts, with a focus on key account management, strategic planning, product development, and partnerships. Together with other members of the sales team, the Program Director will execute the strategies of our sales model and ultimately strengthen revenue.
Objectives/Responsibilities:
In coordination with the Strategic Account Director, serving as a daily contact for assigned institutional accounts
Accountability includes serving as “the go-to” point of contact that can coordinate other departments and contacts to solve various aspects of the business relationship including but not limited to:
Sales, operations, service, billing, marketing, and technology
Proactively identify cross-sale and up-sale opportunities to promote additional AmericanTCS solutions to the assigned institutional account
Assist with identifying new logos and opportunities using a stringent and highly defined process
Using the assigned CRM resources to identify and document all prospects and new sales, as stated in the defined sales process
Demonstrating, with the assistance of a Subject Matter Expert, for solutions to existing and prospective clients
Collaborating with the Strategic Account Director to achieve assigned goals via strategic planning and overall execution of the plan
Facilitating key client touch points based on tier of client ranking
Developing Business Reviews while identifying new/existing Buying Decision Team Members
Identifying, tracking, and improving Customer Satisfaction (NPS/CSAT)
Required Skills/Abilities:
Undergraduate or Graduate Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of retirement plan industry (recordkeeping, TPA, DCIO, or trust & custody) experience
Sales and client relationship management experience preferred
Proven track record of developing and executing programs, supporting new-product development, marketing, sales, branding, and building valuable internal and external partnerships
Strong technical experience with Salesforce or equivalent business productivity and CRM tools desired
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, confidence, and executive presence in external and internal business interactions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Occasional travel as required to satisfy needs of key clients, attend key activities, or other business needs
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000. This position is also eligible for our sales commission package.
