Job Summary:
The Recruiting Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in shaping an efficient process to enhance the company’s recruitment efforts. This will be done through researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract, and source a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for roles across the EdgeCo Holdings organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement, and facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience that meets the rising expectations of job seekers.
Lead the company’s efforts for sourcing passive candidates utilizing the LinkedIn Recruiter tool and engaging with candidates to fill current vacancies and maintain the relationship for the development of a talent pipeline.
Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and identify profiles of ideal candidates for screening and sourcing efforts.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to create creative and engaging job ads based on provided job descriptions.
Utilize recruiting best practices to identify and implement effective recruiting channels for the role, industry, and the needs of the organization.
Research, recommend, and implement pre-employment screening tools in the evaluation of candidates at all levels of the organization.
Prepare a database of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials for different business units and positions.
Develop a strategy for attracting recent college graduates to include attending and participating in college job fairs, recruiting sessions, and other events to generate candidate flow and establish a pipeline of talent.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
