The Requirements Analyst position with PensionPro Software works as a design team member helping facilitate standards and communications between Subject Matter Experts, Stakeholders and Dev Team Leads. The Requirements Analyst understands the product and documentation processes to take vague ideas and turn them into clear, detailed, concrete requirements for Development to work from.
This is a hybrid position in the Harrisburg, PA office.
Responsibilities:
Document stakeholder requirements that effectively outline the parameters of a request to build user stories against, for all products items within PensionPro’s applications.
Gather stakeholder feedback about enhancement requests, and feature functionality to be an advocate for the client.
Act as a central point of contact for all user experience design questions within the company.
Execute Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for all new designs and products to ensure that the Scope Document, Design Document, and stakeholder requirements have been met.
Demo upcoming products & features for stakeholders, sales, designers, developers, and business acceptance testing personnel.
Review and approve all technical documentation from Development during BAT testing to confirm accuracy and that customer service team will be able to leverage it for end user documentation.
Recommend process improvement to maximize department and company effectiveness as it relates to documentation of designs and deliver a product on time and according to design specifications.
Develop test scenarios and test cases; review results of test cases and make adjustments, as needed, to meet stakeholder requirements.
Skills & Experience:
Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with staff at all levels of the organization including Management, Product Specialists, Marketing, Developers, and IT.
Experience designing software products and technologies.
Experience building wireframes ensuring an optimized end user experience.
Organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously and according to deadlines.
