We are looking to add a skilled Salesforce Administrator to our Software Development team. As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll deliver innovative technological solutions, driving our business partners to excel. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for administering, implementing, supporting, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This is a hybrid role in Denver, CO.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Participate in our full development lifecycle to develop, test, implement, maintain, and support proprietary applications built upon Salesforce cloud services platforms.
Create a seamless integration between Salesforce and 3rd party applications, document management systems, data management and analytical reporting systems.
Handle basic Salesforce administration tasks including version updates, user management, access management, sharing rules, profile and permission set management, field creation, data extracts, data uploads, inserts, data backups and sandbox refresh.
Maintain and manage Salesforce Development Community security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, enhance and create workflows, groups, functions, and configurations within the Salesforce.com environments.
Provide customer support and triage, resolve or escalate issues, and track until completion.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required.
1 to 3 years of proven Salesforce administration experience.
Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Services Cloud, Community Sites and Experience Cloud preferred.
One or more Salesforce certifications including the Administration certificates desired but not required.
Experience in Data Integration and Data Management preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
Eagerness to share knowledge and lead training sessions for team members.

 

Salary: $65,000 – $73,000 base salary, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in company’s bonus program.
