Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, tailoring them to the unique needs of the wealth management industry and our clients.
Integrate third-party software into Salesforce to provide differentiated product offerings.
Collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, staying updated with new features and technologies, and applying them where beneficial to our business.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our Salesforce systems.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to our Salesforce development team.
Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce architectures, designs, coding standards, and other technical information.
Create a strategy for data migration and data management within the Salesforce platform.
Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for future Salesforce implementations, including recommendations for platform evolution.
Partner with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to maximize and acheive Salesforce platform goals throughout NewEdge Capital Group’s companies.
Lead Salesforce platform audits to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
Oversee and improve Salesforce release management, ensuring updates or new features are integrated seamlessly and effectively.
Partner with Salesforce representatives and participate in the Salesforce Architect community to stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certified Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) would be a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud platform and its capabilities. Experience Cloud and Tableau would be a plus.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party solutions(SSO, API)
Experience with Salesforce’s recommended architecture frameworks and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce platform audits and release management.
Experience with Salesforce integration with Conga tools, DocuSign, ShareFile, SharePoint, and Orion Connect.
Experience designing and executing data migration strategies on the Salesforce platform.
Familiarity with Salesforce’s multi-cloud environments and ability to leverage these to meet our business needs.
Experience with Salesforce’s APIs and ability to integrate with other systems.
Experience in wealth management or a strong desire to learn about it.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working in cross functional teams and with business leaders to execute Salesforce vision throughout the organization.
Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 per year based on experience with eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program.
