Job Summary:
NewEdge Capital Group is looking to add a skilled Salesforce Developer to our Software Development team. The technology solutions provided by the NewEdge Capital development team empowers our business partners by providing technological solutions that contribute to a best-in-class service provided by advisors. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for administering, implementing, supporting, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Participate in our full development lifecycle to develop, test, implement, maintain, and support proprietary applications built upon Salesforce cloud services platforms.
Participate in regular code reviews & Agile SCRUM activities.
Assist with Admin activities on an as needed basis.
Create a seamless integration between Salesforce and 3rd party applications, document management systems, data management, and analytical reporting systems.
Maintain and manage Salesforce Development Community security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, page layouts, field level security, enhance and create workflows, groups, functions, and configurations within the Salesforce.com environments.
Provide customer support and triage, resolve, or escalate issues and track until completion.
Write LWC, APEX classes, test classes, triggers & SOQL.
Assist with debugging in production.
Participate in meetings with business leaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related degree or relevant experience is required.
3 to 5 years of overall proven Salesforce development experience
Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Experience in Data Integration and Data Management Tools (DataLoader, Workbench) required.
Experience with Salesforce AppExchange. Application implementation and support required.
Experience with URL Buttons to Quick Actions & Lighting Records/Lightning Components required.
Experience integrating custom and other 3rd party products with Salesforce such as: Document management (SharePoint), Orion, DocuSign, workflow process management (Conga/Flow), Office365, etc.
One or more Salesforce certifications including the PD 1 certificate preferred.
Experience with POC & modifying existing application preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year based on experience with eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program.
