We are currently looking to hire an experiencd Software Engineer to join our team to help with the development and support of our Recordkeeping applications. The ideal candidate for this position will be smart, ambitious, looking to take on new challenges and will be able to creatively solve complex problems.

Ideal candidates will be local to one of our office locations in Lexington, KY, Denver, CO, or Pittsburgh, PA and will work in a hybrid capacity. Remote candidates considered as well.

Responsibilities

Produce scalable software solutions utilizing a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C#) to develop applications approaching software holistically in order to cater to both user experience and functionality.
Work through moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data, requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Participate in all stages of software development including, front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management.
Independently perform work and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components.
Participate in on-call support rotation on a rotating basis as needed.
