As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be vital in developing, improving, and maintaining both our legacy and Next Generation systems. In addition to creating cutting-edge solutions from scratch, you will also play a key role in setting up standard methodologies for our future development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and modify software to enhance performance, fix errors, and maintain our legacy and Next Generation systems.
Construct comprehensive unit tests and provide thorough technical documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and contribute to software system design and maintenance.
Utilize your deep knowledge of programming languages and software development life cycle to deliver high-quality products.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and programming languages.
Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with our company’s objectives and strategies.
Qualifications/Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, related degree, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrable experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
Exceptional ability to independently manage projects and showcase strong problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with financial products and systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Technical Expertise Required:
Proficiency in .NET C# Core, SPA (React preferred), Material.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Azure & PaaS
Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, and non-relational databases, preferably Cosmos
Knowledge in Unit Testing / UI Testing

Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 base salary, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in company’s bonus program.
