Program Overview

NewEdge Advisors is offering a dynamic Summer 2026 Internship Program designed to provide hands-on experience across key areas of our business. Interns will gain exposure to the financial services industry while contributing to meaningful projects that support our clients and internal teams.

Internship opportunities are available in the following departments:

  • Business Development
  • Compliance
  • Finance
  • Marketing

This program is ideal for motivated students seeking to develop professional skills, deepen industry knowledge, and explore career paths within a growing, client-focused organization.

 

Location: New Orleans candidates preferred, but remote candidates may be considered as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a foundational understanding of NewEdge Advisors’ business model, brand and client service philosophy
  • Participate in department-specific projects, including research, analysis, and presentation of ideas and solutions
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support business initiatives
  • Assist with tasks such as reporting, data analysis, marketing materials, and operational support depending on department placement
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to enhance communication and teamwork skills
  • Learn and utilize internal systems and tools to complete assignments efficiently
  • Contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating accountability, reliability and strong work ethics

 

Education & Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (minimum of one year completed)
  • Preferred field of study: Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Prior internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required
