Job Location: Pittsburgh, Pa or Remote

EdgeCo Holdings is comprised of several affiliated companies focused on providing a broad array of sophisticated financial products, technology, and support services in the areas of full-service retirement plan administration, brokerage services, and trust & custody solutions. EdgeCo provides these services through numerous subsidiary entities including American Trust, Mid Atlantic Trust Company, NewEdge Capital Group and PensionPro Software.

This role is responsible for ensuring all of our clients daily trade rejects are researched with the mutual fund companies. Another key component to this role is working with clients to ensure any trade questions/issues are researched and resolved.


 Daily monitoring of internal systems to ensure all trades are being routed and executed properly.
Work with mutual fund companies and firm’s clients to ensure any trade rejects are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
Process and verify corporate actions on client accounts.
 Provide research assistance to account administrators and relationship managers.
Work with mutual fund companies to ensure new accounts are setup correctly.
 Monitor internal systems and reports to ensure all scheduled tasks have successfully processed.
Other duties as required in order to provide our clients with the support and the tools they need
