Job Summary
FiduciaryxChange, by AmericanTCS, provides complete Fiduciary governance to inspire participants to save for a dignified retirement.
This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and in-service distribution. They will follow a 7-step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.
Location: The position can report to any of our primary AmericanTCS office locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Lexington, KY; Dubuque, IA; Cordova, TN; or Centennial, CO. Remote candidates may also be considered.
Responsibilities
Completes participant transaction requests
Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or co-ordinates with service providers
Maintains the ATCSF Admin system contact changes
Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
Force out monitoring and processing
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
At least 2 years of qualified plan experience
Qualified plan document experience would be a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
Salary: Up to $19.23 hourly, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program.
